Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation so you can share what’s happening and get a feel for whether working together is the right fit. No pressure, no obligation — just an honest conversation.

Do you provide video or phone sessions?
Yes — and I work with clients worldwide. Unlike traditional licensed psychotherapy, which is limited to telehealth within state borders, my work as a marriage strategist and coach means I can meet with you wherever you have internet or phone access. Geography is no barrier. 🌍
What about confidentiality?
Your trust is everything in this work! And I don’t take it lightly. What you share with me stays between us. I understand that many people who come to me are already navigating broken trust in their relationships, which makes the safety of this space even more important. You can be honest here. That’s the whole point.
How much do you charge?
Individual sessions are $125 for a standard 50-minute session.
Pre-paid packages are available at a reduced rate:
4 Sessions — $475
6 Sessions — $700
8 Sessions — $900
Premarital, re-marital, and On Decision Counseling programs are structured at 6 or 8 sessions depending on your situation.
Group programs, workshops, and speaking engagements are priced based on length and format. If you’d like to host a workshop or invite me to speak at an event or retreat, reach out directly for availability and pricing.

Do both partners need to come to sessions together?
Not necessarily, and this surprises many people.
Roughly one in five of my clients comes in alone from the start. Another significant portion begins individually and their partner joins later as trust in the process builds. Both are completely valid paths.
Even when I am working with a couple, not every session is a joint session. Sometimes the most valuable work happens individually, when each person has dedicated space to think, process, and prepare for the harder conversations that happen together.
If your partner isn’t ready, isn’t willing, or simply doesn’t know you’re reaching out yet, that doesn’t mean you can’t start. One person doing the work can shift the dynamic of an entire relationship. I’ve seen it happen more times than I can count.
